The name is derived from the initials of the founders, with the logo’s sharing light and holding hands exemplifying hard work and resilience. The Directors have between them over 40 years of senior management experience in Higher Education and Social Work Practice. WAMCILT is 100% Black owned, 50% Black Women owned and 100% Black managed.
