Professor R.C. Bodibe holds a doctorate in Psychology and spent 29 years in Higher Education. He worked at different universities and a technikon, viz: - University of Limpopo (Formerly University of the North), Vista University, Technikon South Africa and the New University of South Africa (UNISA).
The latter 10 years of his career (1996 - 2006) were spent in Executive Management at Unisa, where he served as Dean of Students, Vice Principal Learner Support and Vice Principal Student and Alumni Affairs respectively. Also served as a Dean of Students in a Sea Travelling university called The Scholar Ship (TSS). Prof Bodibe is well-travelled, and this afforded him the opportunity to benchmark best practice
Professor Bodibe has published widely in Psychology and Student Affairs practice and got to travel extensively, benchmarking best practice in the aforesaid disciplines.
Professor Bodibe has three (3) published novels in Southern Sotho, several published books in guidance and counselling. His recent publications are the following :
He has held positions of leadership in the Society for Student Counsellors in Southern Africa (SSCSA) and South African Association of Senior Student Affairs Professionals (SAASSAP) where he held the position of President in the association for the years 2005 and 2006.

Mrs. Welhelmina Bodibe is a founder member and Executive Director of Tembisa Child Welfare Society and served in these capacities for the past twenty (24) years. She holds a Clinical Masters Degree in Social Science in Mental Health; furthermore she is a holder of six (6) Diplomas in:
She is also a community developer, with a wealth of experience in financial and organisational matters : such as establishing management boards, staff training and project management.
During her twenty 35 years of service to Tembisa Child Welfare Society she has managed to raise over R 40 million for the organization. She has a SETA accreditation as an Assessor and Trainer. She is an expert in residential care and day care facilities, NGO’s and PBO’s. Invested her time in training women in empowerment and job creation activities. She has vast experience in training social workers, social auxiliary workers, supervisors and managers of social workers.
Mrs. Bodibe serves in the BEE Board of Weir Mineral Trust and Banabaka Care Institute (NGO).
